Words like street chic and modern came out in our first chats about the table design for Hitched. Leigh Anne was the one who first started talking about graffiti which led to the cinder blocks which became the basis of our inspiration board with a few chic and classicly modern elements thrown in.

Sneak Peek from Hitched!

Hitched was amazing! Paige and Kelly of Bash, Please! really pulled something off that was extraordinary and original and fun. This is a little sneak peek from the table I designed with my awesome partner-in-crime Leigh-Anne of The Floral Lab. We wanted to create something that was a little unexpected and a lot less anthro and vintage. I still couldn't help bringing it back a little bit with a reference to my favorite candy from childhood! Exist 1981 created these INSANE graffiti cinder blocks for our centerpieces. I made the hot pink chevron napkins, dipped the flatware in white paint and wrapped the votives with some hot pink gimp (another throw back to 80s!). Can't wait to be able to share more with you from this incredible event!

We're getting HITCHED!

I can't wait for HITCHED! tomorrow night! I have been cutting, folding, gluing, sewing in preparation for what will most likely be the raddest wedding event ever. Now I just need to find a comfy pair of dancing shoes so I can keep up with Michael!
Who's going to be there!? Stop by and say howdy!

Camp Wedding from Love Me Do Photography
This is kind of the wedding I wanted. Ours came close and I love my wedding with all my heart but this is just SO fun and carefree. The hydrangea crown is to die for and the wild flower arrangements are perfection for me. It would have been incredible to do a group shot like this down by the tea house too.

Inspiration Board: Shiny Winter Wedding
I have been dreaming of a white, winter wedding. I blame the Sitting in a Tree girls for putting this idea of white and gold in my head. It can be such a chic but fun and not overly fussy pairing. Now I really, really want to work on a winter wedding so all you December, January, February wedding couples call me!
