I am slowly getting over muted pastels, grays and beige and have been craving bursts of color. Loving those pink flamingos!

Hi! Would you be able to give me any advice on how to create a fabric stripped "curtain" like the one above. I am having my wedding in a barn - and have to cover a large, hideous, white wall - this curtain is the 1st thing I have seen that I LOVE and can see doing - but I'm not sure where to start with getting fabric - or how best to construct it - thanks sooo much!
