Jonathan Adler-inspired Photo Shoot

 

I worked on a Jonathan Adler-inspired photo shoot with some pretty crazy talented folks awhile back.  Kira Grinberg, Cactus + Quail, Carissa Ferreri, The Sweet and Saucy Shop all helped me put together this rad, modern shoot at The Pearl in San Diego.  Utterly Engaged featured it in there latest issue but here are a few of my favs!

Utterly Engaged Modern and Organic Photoshoot

I tried but I couldn't get this photoshoot from the latest Utterly Engaged out of my head. It is just supreme perfection in my book. The absolute pairing of my two favorite design aesthetics - modern and organic. Sleek white vessels paired with sunbleached antlers. Smooth, curved black chairs with fluffy throws. Just beyond.

La Partie Events

There are a few folks in the design/floral biz whose work I admire and completely adore. Megan of La Partie Events is one of those people. Her work is just totally chic and gorgeous but remains simple and understated at the same time. I am crazy about this photo shoot she did with Sandra Pan Photography using CB2 products. I have a few CB2 plates I have been wanting to use in a shoot and now I am completely inspired. Plus I am kind of mad for stripes.

Inspiration Board: Happy Baby Shower

And another board I've been working on for a baby shower in June. I can't WAIT for this shower. It's going to be so sweet with lemonade and vintage milk glass and colorful runners!
